SOCIAL MEDIA

It’s no longer an optional extra for brands, businesses, charities and organisations to engage with social media. The question is simply how much resource to invest in this key strategy.

 

​Social media can be brilliantly effective in engaging with your particular audience, creating community in a digital space, strengthening brand loyalty and reinforcing brand values, image and identity. 

I have managed a number of social media accounts over the years, using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and more, for charities, organisations and churches, with an increase in followers, ‘likes’ and engagement.

 

I also run social media training sessions for those unsure about using this medium and have helped teams to set up corporate pages and accounts, trained them how to produce strategic social media forward plans and how to effectively maintain their online presence.
